Cities and towns near Bath, New Hampshire have lovely events and festivals coming up, especially considering last year's pandemic. While this isn't an all-inclusive list of festivals to attend in 2021 for the area, we hope it'll help you to decide what festivals to attend before 2021 is over.
June 18 to 20: The Patrick Ross Music Festival Address: 5449 Main St, Newbury, VT Cost: $20 to $35. Pets welcome: No Rain or shine, listen to bands like The Mammals, Patrick Ross & Hote Flannel and Mister Chris at the Harvest Moon Orchard.
June 26: Junction Dance Festival Summer Fundraiser Address: 1804 Pike Hill Rd, Corinth, VT 05039 Cost: $20 This summer fundraiser features a documentary film behind the scenes of "Farewell" and performances by Ellen Ahern Smith, Brigid Armbrust, Molly Armbrust and Marie Fourcaut.
June 27: Little Bit Country, Little Bit Rock N Rock Festival Address: 161 Lake Tarleton Rd, Warren, NH 03279 Cost: Free As the name suggests, listen to a little bit of country and a little bit of rock performed by Ghost Train at Melody Mountain Farm.
July 3 to 4: The Blind Owl at pandemic, Beer and Music Festival Address: 2085 Main St, Bethlehem, NH 03574 Cost: $25 Purchase your tickets at the door of this celebration of music, beer and artwork. Bring something comfortable to sit on!
Aug. 6 to 8: Vermont Be True Yoga Festival Address: 1461 Blood Brook Rd, Fairlee, VT 05045 Cost: $100 to $265 Surround yourself in nature as you take a full curriculum of yoga classes. You can also do other outdoor activities like horseback riding, paddle boarding and meditating.
Aug. 13 to 15: Mountain Music and Arts Festival Address: 161 Lake Tarleton Rd, Warren, NH 03279 Cost: $90 to $180 Pets welcome: No Camping is included in your ticket to this fun music festival. Listen to artists like Quins, Sly Richard, Brooks Hubbard Band and more.
Aug. 14 to 15: Lincoln Summer Craft Festival Address: 119 Main Street, Lincoln, NH 03251 Cost: Free Pets welcome: Yes, on leash Meet artisans who have made traditional American works like puzzles, scarves, soy candles, clothing and ornaments. You can also sample food.
Aug. 20 to 22: White Mountain Boogie ‘n' Blues Festival Address: 2010 Route 175, Thornton, NH 03223 Cost: $30 to $100 Pets welcome: No Jam out to artists like Albert Castiglia, Mr. Sipp, Larkin Poe and more at this outdoor music festival in the heart of White Mountain.
Sept. 17 to 19: NH Highland Games & Festival Address: 60 Loon Mountain Rd, Lincoln, NH 03251 Free: No Pets welcome: No, only service dogs. Participate in this intimate, outdoor festival that will have Celtic bands, highland dancers, Scottish-clad vendors and classes.
Oct. 9 to 11: Lincoln Fall Craft Festival Address: 119 Main Street, Lincoln, NH 03251 Cost: Free Pets welcome: Yes, on leash Similar to the Lincoln Summer Craft Festival, you can look at the works of over 125 American artisans. You'll be able to see works like calligraphy, paper crafts, paintings, folk art, baskets, magnetic jewelry and much more! Try samples of fudge, BBQ sauces, nuts, pickles, etc.
Nov. 26 to 28: Littleton Area Festival of Trees Address: 2 Union St, Littleton, NH 03561 Cost: $5 to $20 See a collection of donated trees at the Littleton Area Festival of Trees. Each tree is beautifully decorated. You can purchase a raffle ticket to win a tree to take home for Christmas.
